Both failed daytime running lights were restored through specialist component-level repair, retaining the original Audi headlight assemblies.
Vehicle: Audi A3 Quattro
The affected DRL modules and light tubes were replaced, and both headlights were resealed. In-vehicle testing during reassembly confirmed both DRLs operating correctly with no dashboard warning codes present. Both headlights passed pressure testing after resealing, with no evidence of leakage. By repairing the failed DRL components inside the original headlights, VLTA restored both daytime running lights without replacing the complete headlight assemblies.
