Damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable bolts, overtightening, impact or later modification is excluded. Third-party installation alone does not invalidate the warranty. We assess the cause before allocating responsibility. Housing welding or repairs performed by VLTA remain our workmanship.
Nothing in the written policy excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
